JOB DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Do you have a strong desire to positively influence through education? We are seeking an experienced tutor with excellent written and spoken English who can tutor English and Maths and has experience of working with students beyond minimum school leaving age.

As a professional tutor, your primary focus will be on teaching, inspiring, and supporting the development and progression of these young minds, helping them to dream bigger.

We strongly prefer tutors with good availability for in-person tutoring (and can offer many hours of tutoring, including during the daytime).

What you'll be doing:

Teach

• As a tutor, it is your responsibility to realize our purpose. You will adjust your teaching strategy to meet the specific needs of every student, guaranteeing that they make steady improvement. You'll be the one to mentor the students so they may make genuine progress and discover the love of learning.

• Building strong relationships is at the heart of what we do. As a tutor, you will inspire all students to become fearless learners. Your enthusiasm and dedication will encourage them to embrace learning with confidence and curiosity. Safeguarding and member wellbeing will always be paramount in your interactions.

Requirements:

• Teaching: 1 year (essential)
• Tutoring: 1 year (essential)
• Weekend availability
• 1 year experience working with secondary or collegeaged students is essential.
• Ability to provide engaging and informative lessons that motivate students
• Ability to create bespoke lessons according to the student's needs
• Caring, patient and empathetic
• Professional and diligent with a strong commitment to safeguarding
• Excellent in your communication, timekeeping, reliability, and reporting
