We are excited to announce that Together, is expanding its creative team. We are currently seeking a conceptual Senior Creative to lead the creative ideation, strategy, and execution for some of the world's global brands.

About Together,
Together is a multi-disciplinary agency specialising in Brand Development and Marketing Communications, Digital, Social and Film and Motion.

We are part of the global MMR Group which gives fantastic access to an enviable portfolio of B2C clients including Muller, National Trust, Fox's Biscuits, Coca Cola and Mondelez to name a few.


About this Role:

We are gaining multiple opportunities with Tier 1 clients that need creative concepts for new and established brands.

As a Senior Creative, you will help us create disruptive ideas. An essential part of the role will be the ablity to deliver bold thinking and originality.

Additionally, you should be able to bring clients and other team members along with you to turn these ideas into a reality.


Whether you have a background in copywriting with the ability to direct visual execution or you are an art director who can craft stunning sentences, we welcome your expertise.

Are you someone who previously worked in a creative partnership and is now looking to work independently? Or maybe you're seeking a change from London.

Regardless of your situation, we offer a mix of projects from well-known clients that will satisfy your creative drive.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading brand campaigns and marketing communications concepts across various channels and formats.

You will also have the opportunity to get involved in projects that may be out of the ordinary - we occasionally receive unusual briefs


Your ability to drive ideas from concept to realization is crucial, and you will collaborate with various teams to ensure the successful production of your concepts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate bold topline concepts on your own and in tandem with other members of the creative team.
  • Visualise your ideas to a presentable level through sketches, storyboards or photoshop comps.
  • Understand marketing initiatives, strategic positioning and target audience.
  • Collaborating with the rest of the creative team across different types of media.
  • Take work from concept to final execution.
  • Manage and delegating responsibilities to other creatives or production specialists and provide direction.
  • Present ideas to clients and team members.
  • Stay on top of all trends and inspire the broader team.
  • Confidently and clearly art direct the visual realisation of creative concepts.
  • Ensure a high standard of visual execution across all media and campaigns.
  • Confidently direct shoots on your own if necessary.
  • Motivating our clients and internal teams to be creatively progressive.
  • Review the work in progress providing clear direction and feedback to ensure it delivers on the concept and our high standards.
  • Uncover new ways to incorporate emerging and new media formats into campaigns.

Requirements:


  • 8+ years in an agency delivering bold, effective creative work.
  • The ability to generate a reliable supply of original ideas and visual concepts.
  • Ability to direct the visual manifestation of ideas.
  • Proven experience directing shoots.
  • Provide examples of art directed shoots from concept to delivery.
  • A broad understanding of marketing and brand creative.
  • The ability to explain and support your thinking, both internally and externally.
  • A flexible approach and willingness to adapt your ideas to the needs of clients.
  • A passion for advertising and commercial art.
  • A keen eye for visual details and accuracy.
  • The resilience to perform under pressure and deliver highquality work to tight deadlines.
  • A good awareness of digital media and evolving online platforms.
  • An innovative approach that delivers on briefs whilst setting brands and us apart.
  • A portfolio featuring exceptional campaign, FMCG, social and brand creative.
