Based in Central London (Hybrid working model)

Paying circa £70,000


We are currently working with a market leading creative agency who are looking to add to their established finance team during a period of exciting success and growth.

As Finance Business Partner, you will be responsible for providing strategic financial insights to help with sustainable growth. This role will be a senior member within the finance team with opportunity to work with wider commercial projects.


Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Business partner with Client leaders to get a strong understanding of areas of growth, key upcoming projects by month, and support them understanding budgets and financial commitments
  • Liaising with senior finance across the business and group to ensure client profitability and drive best in practice reporting initiatives
  • Monthend forecasting and reporting of revenue and its accuracy
  • Support on adhoc initiatives, new business pitches, client procurement negotiations and other commercial initiatives
  • Mentoring and developing two junior reports
  • Help oversee and develop the general company finance function to ensuring it is operating effectively
  • Support on internal controls and maintain a strong focus on compliance
  • Adhoc tasks for senior finance stakeholders and client leaders
  • Excellent commercial acumen
  • ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified
  • Prior experience as Finance Business Partner or Analyst in a multinational company
  • Strong on stakeholder engagement and relationship building
  • Able to interpret and communicate financial performance to a highly diverse audience
  • Able to manipulate and analyse large volumes of data, build dashboards and implement actionable insights
  • Knowledge / experience of revenue recognition and KPI reporting
  • Demonstrating the ability to add value with financial insights to help grow our clients and business
  • Role model and mentor for junior members with a passion for developing staff
  • Strong Excel skills
