We are looking for a customer success executive to join our team.

No day is like the other so you may expect days when we will have lots of admin to do but also very quite days.


This role suits someone with:

  • Excellent guest care skills.
  • Fantastic English (a 2nd language would be lovely).
  • Thriving under pressure you must be quick to pick up on messages received via various channels.
  • Very organised you will be expected to liaise with our internal teams in managing cleaning sessions as well as linen deliveries & orders.
  • Looking to bring some sparkle and grow within our team as we seek to continuously improve our processes: from A to Z. No detail is too small
  • Someone able to multitask.
  • A recent hospitality/travel graduate or an experienced professional who may be having other ongoing projects alongside but which if necessary can be put on second place if the needs of the business dictate so.

Flexible working hours to meet the needs of the business (including on-call aspect).


Responsibilities:


  • Answer phone calls, messages and attend to guests' requests to book apartments in a speedy fashion (we aim for the quickest response rate).
  • Keep the internal booking system up to date.
  • Obtain payment information and run credit/debit card payments when required.
  • Liaise with the other Housekeeping & Maintenance staff in the team in handling apartment visits or works as necessary.

Provide outstanding customer service to all guests at all times.

  • Liaise with Housekeeping in booking cleaning sessions and ordering linen as necessary.


Please note we are looking for either someone full time or part time and you must legally be able to work in the UK.

Up to £19,200.00 per year
