Assembly Operator

Our client based in Salisbury is recruiting an Assembly Operator to join their successful, small, dedicated team.

The role will include but not be limited to the following tasks;

Assemble all variants of company products as per the Production Schedule.
Work to the Master Work Instructions and test procedures provided
Capture & record data accurately
Immediately report to your manager, any problems, shortages, material issues or time constraints that may affect the production schedule or quality of product.
Maintain a clean and tidy working environment at all times.
Be prepared to work in any other area of manufacturing if requested to do so by your manager.
Adhere to the companies stock rotation procedure.
Work in accordance with all health and safety procedures.

Previous experience within an assembly, production environment is desirable. Attention to detail, the ability to follow process instructions and work with good dexterity are essential.

This is a full time permanent role.

In addition to annual salary, the company offer generous production bonus scheme and benefits. Free onsite parking for staff.
