Job Overview


Fintelligent are currently partnered with a PE backed £25m t/o Multi-site Group with significant growth aspirations looking for Head of Finance to assist the CFO in managing all aspects of the finance function.

In this newly created, well-rounded position,you will be responsible for implementing robust financial controls, board reporting and driving the overall commercial strategy during a period of significant growth.

This is a great opportunity offering a clear trajectory to FD level.


Main Duties

  • Supporting significant M&A including integration of newly acquired businesses
  • Implement Group reporting process improvements
  • Production of year end statutory financial statements for the Group
  • Responsible for the Group monthly reforecasting process
  • Supporting the production of MI and reporting to investors
  • Analysing and presenting Group financial information
  • Ensuring financial controls align with the Group standards
  • Partnering with nonefinance e.g sales & marketing
  • Project managing new system implementation

Person Specification

  • ACA Qualified
  • Practice Trained
  • PE experience is highly advantageous
  • Proactive and eager to introduce new ideas
  • Agile with the ability to adapt to different scenarios
  • Striving to progress to FD
  • Experience of managing a team
