I have a position that has become available with a top level, tier 1 organisation.

This legal 500 firm are recruiting for a corporate solicitor at either associate or senior level to join their team in oxford.

This corporate team has particular strengths in acting for university spin-outs and other venture capital backed companies.

It works with spin-outs from many different universities, including in particular Oxford University and Imperial College London, withclients developing some of the most exciting, and potentially world changing, technologies, in particular in the life sciences and deep tech sectors.

The role will offer the opportunity to develop long term relationships with clients, from spin-out or start-up,through larger funding rounds and exits.

Given the team's focus, experience of venture capital transactions is desirable.


The team also has a strong M&A and corporate advisory practice advising a number of the UK's most established international companies, larger owner-managed businesses and venture capital and private equity backed businesses.

The role will offer the opportunityto develop a broad practice of good quality, challenging legal work, guided by lawyers regarded as leaders in their field.
