Infrastructure/Network Technical Lead

  • Conduit between platforms to manage all infrastructure. Infosys is currently performing some of the work but requires management as the understanding of the optimal flows for business resides within the organisation.

Global office projects - The Office strategy is not to have a completely serviced office anymore, but rather some traditional offices i.e. London and New York, which will require support.

  • Providing interim single point of contact for IT support
  • Future and inflight office appraisals/migrations
  • Provide IT input to ensure accurate commercial comparisons
  • Future and inflight office appraisals/migrations
  • Validate IT checklist responses from prospective service suppliers, ensure alignment with approved design patterns
  • Future and inflight office appraisals/migrations
  • Broker service acceptance into central IT helpdesk
  • Future and inflight office appraisals/migrations
  • Create and maintain accurate documentation at individual office level (repository accessible for both the company and Infosys)


  • Retrospective office review

  • Capture and evaluate current IT service against design pattern


  • Retrospective office review

  • Drive any required remediation, or submit request for pattern deviation into TDA


  • Retrospective office review

  • Capture service provider details utilising checklist


  • Retrospective office review

  • Broker service acceptance into central IT helpdesk


  • Retrospective office review

  • Create and maintain accurate documentation at individual office level (repository accessible for both the company and Infosys)

Network Lead (Ops)

  • Manage and drive Network SIP content with Infosys
  • Provide SME support to both the organisation and Infosys
  • Escalation point for Infosys Network Resolver Group
  • Support other tower leads within the company, support interim Head of Run

Network Strategy

  • Close working with the CISO supporting tactical improvement initiatives
  • Provide support and alignment with Zscaler deployment, client and central nodes
  • Exploring options to deploy network strategy recommendations (zero trust) and secure required budget
  • Responsible for making routing decisions, driving Zero trust, managing policies on infrastructure, managing the CIP, doing NSG config etc.
