Are you looking for a role that offers you the opportunity to support the international distribution of leading magazine brands including Vogue, Country Living, Grazia, Mojo and My Little Pony through the provision of critical analysis and administrativesupport?


An excellent opportunity has arisen for three Commercial Analysis Executives within a friendly, fast-paced, and creative environment to become part of a new central support team in our market leading international department.


The team will be responsible for driving process efficiency, data accuracy, and the provision of insightful analysis to aid the development of our client's international sale and trade marketing plans.


You will be supporting the international department to provide first-class service to our clients, maximising their profit and driving our position as the UK's largest exporter of magazines.


As a Commercial Analysis Executive your duties will include:

  • Supporting the efficient distribution of our exported magazines by ensuring the accuracy of product data held on our systems
  • Providing firstclass performance reporting and analysis to the international team that aids the creation and delivery of our client's strategic plans
  • Efficiently carry out business critical processes
  • Analysing and presenting business/market trends to support commercial business critical decisions
  • Providing excellent administrative support to the wider international team

Essential Skills:


  • Excellent attention to detail and a proven finisher
  • A solid understanding of data analysis, who enjoys drawing conclusions from data
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite (in particular MS Excel)
  • Strong logical approach to problemsolving
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and manage efficient processes
  • Good communication and relationshipbuilding skills
