What we need
ASK Europe is a leading provider of leadership and management development programmes to clients throughout the UK and worldwide.

Founded 28 years ago, we have developed innovative approaches to strengthening our clients' leadership capabilities in times of great change and challenge.

We use leading psychometric profiling tools and experiential learning techniques to give those attending our programmes the most rewarding learning experience, supplemented by sophisticated online learning tools to give managers and leaders the skills they need to succeed.

In response to growing demand for our services we are now looking to expand our Client Services team.

We are looking for the right person to be a key point of contact for our clients.

You will have demonstrative experience of success in a similar role in coordination/administration within a service industry. Experience within Learning & Development will be a distinct advantage.

What you will do

  • Act as a central point of client contact, maintaining and enhancing client relationships by building strong working relationships
  • Administer endtoend a wide range of development programmes and training that can last from oneday to over 12 months
  • Enter sales orders into our SAP system and administer all orders correctly
  • To administer contractual documents according to agreed processes
  • Work with and in support of our Consultants in the development, management and timely delivery of preprogramme communications, pre/postwork and event materials to agreed deadlines and established levels of quality
  • Work with and in support of our Consultants in the relationship management of existing clients
  • To provide management information and data analytics as required by the wider team, to include monthly course evaluations
  • Administer the LMS, to include uploading and editing online content, as well as acting as point of contact for delegates using the LMS

About you

You will be an experienced administrator able to juggle many balls - so the ability to stay calm under pressure is essential.

You will definitely be outgoing, enjoy conversations, and have a positive, up-beat attitude.

You will enjoy getting to know your clients and our network of colleagues, and you will build strong relationships that go beyond the work projects.

You will want to be seen as an extension of our client's team and be a trusted partner.

You take your own learning and development seriously and will have a naturally curious mindset. You seek continual improvement and won't be afraid to challenge or recommend new ways of working.

You will want to be involved in all aspects of company life, not just your role, and you will know and actively support ASK's policies for Equality and Diversity, Environment and Data Protection.

The role requires:

  • Good computer skills and at least 2 years' experience using Microsoft Office on a daytoday basis
  • MS Excel experience is essential; knowledge of pivot tables and MS Query will be a distinct advantage
  • Excellent written skills and the ability to proofread documents
