Role Responsibilities
The incoming Commercial Property Solicitor will be able to manager their own caseload and will include but not limited to:

Grant and Renewal of Commercial leases
Purchase and Sale of investment Properties
Commercial and Residential Development Property
Landlord and Tenant Development
Commercial Lending

Person Specification
Applications are sought from established commercial property solicitors and are flexible on the level of PQE but you must have outstanding interpersonal skills due to the role being incredibly client focussed

You will also be a:
