Due to a recent internal promotion, we are currently recruiting for a Human Resources Officer to support the Human Resources function at our 5 Star May Fair Hotel, A Radisson Collection Hotel.

Overview:


  • An amazing opportunity to join our Human Resources Team at Edwardian Hotels London as a Human Resources Officer.
  • The role of Human Resources Officer will involve partnering the Human Resources Manager and Heads of Departments and Hotel General Manager to achieve customer satisfaction and employee satisfaction goals.
  • Ensure that you are consistently giving feedback and setting the tone for all HR directives and initiatives communicated via the Group Human Resources Director.
  • As Human Resources Officer, you will work with the hotel management team on employee engagement and employee relations initiatives and best practices.

About You:


  • Current Human Resources experience within a hotel or similar environment.
  • Be able to demonstrate experience in a complete range of HR practices including recruitment, learning and development, employee relations.
  • Possess excellent communication skills both verbally and written and can liaise with staff at all levels.
