EIT Service Desk AnalystHatfield / Some remote working - 1 week per month working from home

- Active Directory
- VMWare tools
- Mobile Devices (iOS)
- Mobile Device Management Systems (MobileIron)
Qualifications and education required:
- Degree qualified desirable preferably in Computer Science or IT discipline
- Microsoft 365 Certifications or relevant experience
- Virtual Desktop technology (VM Ware) certifications or relevant experience
- ITIL certified (Foundation minimum)
Skills and aptitude required:
- Degree qualified desirable preferably in Computer Science or IT discipline
- Microsoft 365 Certifications or relevant experience
- Virtual Desktop technology (VM Ware) certifications or relevant experience
- ITIL certified (Foundation minimum)
- Experience of delivering IT support following ITIL Best Practice Framework
- Excellent understanding of IT technologies and support processes
- Experience of dealing with service providers
