At STEM Recruitment Solutions we are working with our client who are looking to recruit a Manufacturing and Stores Technician based in their Glasgow site.


Responsibilities:


  • To support the Environmental control procedures required to ensure compliance with relevant standard
  • To maintain stock of adequate raw materials, consumables, prepared components, and equipment to ensure Production schedule can be completed in an efficient and timely manner.
  • Maintain a clean and safe cleanroom work environment in accordance with GMP and Health & Safety guidance
  • To manufacture, as instructed, the relevant products within the QMS to cGMP and in accordance to ISO13485 guidelines
  • Assist in maintaining a Quality Culture within the manufacturing areas, this is inclusive but not limited to GDP and 5S, ensuring compliance to all documented processes & procedures
  • Ensure adequate raw materials, prepared components, and equipment are ordered, received and are available to undertake scheduled tasks in an efficient and timely manner
  • Complete monthly stock counts and report compliance of actual vs theoretical for stores items and assist in internal, external and customer audits
  • Pack finished goods to be shipped
  • To perform inprocess testing to ensure products remain within specification.

Salary:
£22,500.00-£23,500.00 per year
