We are currently seeking two temporary Admissions Officers who will play a key role in our interviewing team as we guide and support applicants for September 2024 entry at Peter Symonds College.

Salary:
£24,917-£27,189 FTE. Actual salary dependent on hours worked.

Position 1 Hours: 08.30am-1.00pm; Mon-Fri, term-time only (22.5hrs p/w)

Start date: 30 October 2023

End date: 28 March 2024


Actual salary:
£12,488 - £13,627 per annum

Position 2 Hours 1.00pm-5.00pm; Mon-Fri, term-time only (20hrs p/w)

Start date: 2 January 2024

End date: 28 March 2024


Actual salary:
£11,100 - £12,113 per annum

Are you passionate about helping students embark on their educational journey? Do you thrive in a role that involves providing guidance, facilitating interviews, and ensuring a positive experience for all student applicants?


Peter Symonds is a vibrant, outstanding college and we are looking for two Admissions Officers (Interviewers) whose empathy for young people will enable them to deliver a positive applicant experience.


You will be adept at conducting interviews in-person and online and have a flexible approach to working hours as some evening sessions will be required.

As a great team player with good organisational skills, you will be a valuable contributor to our friendly, busy Admissions team.

A full, clean driving licence is essential as this role requires travel to local schools.
