Description
Virtue Holdings SW Ltd is looking to recruit a Group Adminsitrator.This vital role will involve managing the groups vehicle fleet and providing administration support across the companies, supporting the managers and liasing with new employees joining the businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the fleet, including booking of MOTs, services and repairs to all vehicles
- Complete vehicle taxing, ordering fuel cards
- Ensure fines are processed and documented
- Completing driving licence checks
- Adding & removing vehicles from the insurance
- Monitoring of vehicle checks
- Onboarding of new starters
- Produce Job Offers and Contracts of Employment, contractual change letters and leaver letters
- Assist with Recruitment of new employees
- Input and maintain employee records
- Assist with the preparation of Training and Induction courses
- Updating and ensuring accurate records are kept for all employees
- Ensure probationary reviews are conducted in a timely manner
- Liaising with external HR company and management regarding any issues as and when they arise
- Setting up computers, mobile phones and tablets for employees
- General admin support including filing, scanning, and photocopying as and when required
- Answering the phone and relating accurate messages
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
- Exceptional organisational skills
- High levels of flexibility and adaptability
- The ability to multitask and prioritise an ever changing workload
- The ability to work under pressure and reach deadlines
- Problemsolving and decisionmaking skills
- Previous HR Administration Experience
- Experience of on boarding and legal requirements
- Understanding of HR policies
- Excellent communication skills, written and oral, both in person and via the telephone
- Experience of Microsoft packages including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Be professional at all times maintaining confidentiality
Job Types:

£25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
