Welcome to Annan Court Care Home in Annan where our committed team provide person-centred care in a residential setting, including for those living with dementia.

We're proud to provide high-quality care that is tailored to the individual needs of Residents.

Our dedicated care team is on hand to provide bespoke support - whether that is a little or lot, we're here for whatever Residents need.

The day shift shift is: 08:00 - 20:00

Your Responsibilities...

Working with Residents' and families to deliver high level personcentered care.
Being a key worker/Manager to the Care staff on shift, whilst providing the highest standard of handson care
Liaising with other health professionals and relatives to achieve the best outcome for each Resident.
Maintaining a safe environment for staff, Residents, and visitors according to Health and Safety and CQC requirements whilst always maintaining thorough and up to date records on each Resident.
