A Fintech startup that is leading the blockchain revolution are looking to hire an Head of Client projects to join the talented customer/client project team.


The client/customer project team are focused on the delivery and execution of bespoke SASS blockchain products and solutions across the business portfolio.

You'll work with small, close-knit, multidisciplined squads/teams who are involved in not just in software development but also in refining details across products and features.


This involved being highly focused on delivery of customer/client projects and having exceptionional customer facing skills, project management, line management and consultancy experience.


_Responsibilities:
_


Leading the internal team (Project engineering team, Lead engineer and a Product owner) to ensure that each bespoke customer project is delivered in accordance with agreed client requirements, on time and within budget.


_Salary:
_ £110,000-£120,000


Duration: 12 months - high probability to be converted into an permanent position after fixed term is completed.


_Experience:
_
A minimum of 5years managing technology based project using Agile and Prince Methodologies

Understanding of portfolio management, experience of program management, and demonstrable project management

Experience working with multiple Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, Nexus

Proven leadership skills as a team lead and coach IT engineering teams, product owners and team leads with a track record of delivering high performing products within set client agreement

Experience with TDD and continuous deployment

Proven consultancy experience (perhaps Senior Manager background) working with a portfolio of clients

Desirable experience of project management within Financial Services
