Description

My Client provides a loan service for businesses throughout the UK.

Due to ongoing growth they are seeking a Customer Success Executive to work directly under the CFO and alongside the Sales Team.

You will take full responsibility of the post sales client lifecycle - from onboarding through to loan disbursement, serving as the main contact point on loans, repayments and any other queries.

Essential Experience -

A customer success background in financial services is a must and experience working with SME's would be ideal
Strong IT/Technology knowledge
Strong communicator of technicalities within the industry of finance lending
Personable and demonstrated building strong working relationships
Strong organisational skills

Salary:
£40,000.00-£52,500.00 per year
