Description

You will need to demonstrate relevant experience of working in a multi-disciplinary setting across secondary mental health services and with other partner agencies particularly working alongside Sheffield Teaching Hospitals, CAMHS, Social Care and the Police.

Knowledge of working within crisis mental health services is desirable but not essential as we can support you to develop in this field and you will most likely have transferable skills.

You will possess excellent clinical triaging and assessment skills using a Biopsychosocial model and be able to work effectively with service users and their relevant others to formulate collaborative plans prior to their discharge from Sheffield Teaching Hospitals.

Knowledge and understanding of PDR and supervision processes are also essential requirements for the post together with a commitment to the appraiser and supervisor role.
