  • About our Team
  • The Monetization Integrity (MI) team's goal is to initiate, analyse and drive recommendations to internal teams on global policy and industrial practices. We're a global team with regional hubs in Singapore, China, London and multiple US locations, and are expanding our team in London.
  • What we're looking for
  • As an Ads Integrity Strategy Expert, you will be tracking international policy changes, identifying gaps and working with crossfunctional teams to develop solutions. Success in this role will require a passion for working collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders including Product, Ops, Sales and PR/GR/Legal team

Qualifications:


  • What we'll need you to do for us
    As part of this role, you will be:
  • Tracking international policy changes and industrial practice related to monetization integrity and safety
  • Identifying gaps or conflicts in existing ads policies or issues raised by relevant teams, and conduct research on key issues of local, regional and global ads policies.
  • Collaborating with crossfunctional stakeholders (Product, Ops, Sales, T&S, GR, PR and legal teams etc), develop scalable solutions, and work towards consensus across the organization.
  • Providing objective, thorough, and datadriven recommendations to leadership; clear and actionable suggestions to policy teams.

Requirements:


  • Our ideal background for this role
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience (Preferably Master, MBA)
  • Proven experience in the digital advertising industry
  • An understanding of international politics, culture, and ads policies.
  • A Legal background (preferable but not essential), familiar with local or global laws related to digital advertising. Experience in international Internet/social media companies.
  • Fast execution and excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Passionate about the Internet industry and willing to grow with the company in the process of learning by dealing with emerging global issues and challenges.
