Description
All sales ledger duties including sales order processing, invoicing and credit control

  • Purchase ledger duties, making payments, processing invoices
  • Daily banking
  • Bank and credit card reconciliations
  • Assisting with some elements of preparing monthly management accounts
  • Providing payroll cover for the Payroll Manager
  • General office administration e.g. diary management, answering phone, directing queries, etc.
The company uses Sage software, so previous experience of this would be highly beneficial. You will need good bookkeeping / accounts experience.

The company are ideally looking for someone to work circa 20-25 hours per week, ideally over 4 or 5 days.


Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent

Part-time hours: 20-24 per week


Salary:
£13.00-£16.00 per hour


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Gosport, Hampshire: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

- bookkeeping: 1 year (preferred)
