Capricorn Coating Services are looking to add an E-Commerce Assistant to our ever-growing team. Established for over 30 years Capricorn is a well-respected name in the trade, for cold enamelling, printing and resin doming services.

Diversifying into business to end user online platforms, specialising in branded giftware. We are now looking to recruit an E-Commerce Assistant to help grow our established online shops.


E-Commerce Assistant Duties:

Assisting with day to day management of all online platforms including Amazon and eBay.

Help to create product listings adhering to best practices in terms of content.

Help with creating new product ideas and lines.

Adhere to Marketplace policies by monitoring customer service response times, on-time shipping, cases, returns & feedback.

Update and upload Amazon listings via Excel.

Assisting with performing regular product catalogue checks to ensure ongoing quality of listings, troubleshooting and resolving product listing errors when necessary.

Assist with all online dispatch including daily courier collections.

Conduct keyword research and optimise existing product listings to maximise sales.

Experience:

• Strong Amazon and eBay knowledge (1 Years +).
• Good Excel knowledge.
• Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop background preferable.

Job Types:
Full-time, Contract, Permanent

Contract length: 100 months


Salary:
From £19,057.00 per year
