As a Marketing Support Specialist at Oxygen Forensics, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our EMEA sales team by coordinating and executing various marketing events, conferences, and marketing communication initiatives.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful planning, organization, and execution of marketing events that promote our innovative digital forensic software solutions.

**Key Responsibilities:
Event Planning:

Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to plan and execute marketing events such as conferences, webinars, seminars, and product launches across the EMEA region.


Logistics Management:
Handle logistics for events, including venue selection, catering, audio-visual setup, and coordination of all event-related services.


Content Development:
Assist in creating marketing collateral, presentations, and promotional materials to support event objectives and channel partner initiatives.


Attendee Engagement:
Coordinate attendee registration, invitations, and communication, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for participants.


Budget Management:
Assist in budget planning and management for marketing events, tracking expenses and optimizing resources effectively.


Post-Event Analysis:
Evaluate the success of each event through data analysis and feedback collection, identifying areas for improvement.


Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with the sales, global marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and branding.


Vendor Coordination:
Manage relationships with event vendors and suppliers, negotiating contracts and ensuring timely delivery of services.


Channel Partner Support:
Work with our reseller channel partners to support their events and create content for sales campaigns.


Travel:
Travel to events and partners as and when needed. No more than 10% travel expected.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in event planning, partner management. and marketing support.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management software.
  • Creativity and attention to detail. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
