Description
CloudScope are looking for a 1st line support professional for one of the most recognised brands in the renovations industry.
You will be tasked to be the first point of contact and support for internal IT solutions across the business.
- First point of contact for internal IT support
- Supporting internal PC's
- Win7/8/10, 2008, 2012, 201
- Installing and upgrading software
- Escalate 2 nd line support to relevant parties
- Confident providing over the phone with a professional and friendly manner
- Passion for and a good level of knowledge around IT
- Previous experience in the outsourced IT industry would help but is not essential
- Excellent problemsolving skills
Location:
Norwich, Norfolk
Salary :
Between £2- 25k DOE
Commute:
Thetford, Cromer, Dereham, Acle, Attleborough, Wymondham, Wroxham, Watton
Working Hours: 9AM - 17:30PM with an hour for lunch
Who would suit this role?
This role would suit someone looking for their first or second role in IT Support.
You will either have 6 months to a years' experience in an IT environment or have a relevant, entry level accreditation such as ITIL or CompTIA and be looking for your firstrole in the industry.
