Description
A Voice Operations Engineer is responsible for implementing and maintaining a telecommunications system for an organization.

The job involves ensuring the smooth operation of voice and video communications systems, managing telecommunications equipment, and troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to telecommunications.

Mobile Services Assistant

The mobile team provide and support a wide range of mobile telephony solutions. We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team.


This role is to work within a team that supports the day to day running of mobile services for customers at a variety of locations and provide support and cover for Landline services.

It will involve processing requests for new & existing telephony services & to analyse end user requests to identify their telephony needs.

- support the day-to-day operation of telecommunication systems for internal and external customers.
- manage telecommunications equipment, including PBX, voice gateways, video conferencing systems, and other related equipment.
- monitor and analyse telecommunications system performance to identify potential issues, proactively addressing these.
- troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to telecommunications, including network connectivity, equipment failures, and software issues.
- develop and maintain telecommunications system documentation, including procedures, policies, and user manuals.

- good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- good communication and collaboration skills.
- ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
