If so, we want to hear from you Fintelligent is looking for a skilled Senior Compliance Officer, and the role comes with a salary of up to £65k,depending on experience, and many fantastic benefits.


As a dedicated Senior Compliance Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the company acts in a legal manner while meeting its business goals.

You will also provide an effective 2nd line financial crime and data protection framework and plan and maintainrelations with 3rd line assurance.

What you can expect to your day to day duties to look like:

  • Own, maintain, develop and review compliance policies, advising management on possible risks
  • Maintain the compliance monitoring calendar
  • Advise management on the company's compliance with regulations through regular reporting
  • Develop and implement audit calendars for internal and external oversight
  • Engage with 3rd party auditors and manage the audit process and findings
  • Knowledge of PRA and FCA regulations of the mortgage industry, including CBTL
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision
  • Good attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Ability to hold your own with senior colleagues
