AXIS, a leading Planning and Environmental consultancy, with offices in Chester and Wilmslow, have instructed me to find fantastic talent from Senior Planner up to Director level to join them as they find themselves thriving, and in a period of growth.


Whilst they have a name in the industry for Infrastructure and Energy schemes, they have also expanded in their commercial offering, with a portfolio of city centre regeneration, residential and leisure schemes in the pipeline.

Key facts

  • Employee Ownership Trust (EOT) (follows the John Lewis model). There is a profit share scheme and this will increase in around 3 years' time as the EOT finance model beds in.
  • Planning led multidisciplinary consultancy focussed on larger scale development projects throughout the UK.

  • Two offices

  • Wilmslow and Chester with hybrid home / office working. All staff provided IT set ups for the office and home.
