    We're looking for a rhythm keeper to hold the center and make clarity feel effortless at Harmoney Forge.

    Things move fast, strategies evolve, and clients grow, but in that motion, we need someone who can orchestrate our digital account management efforts.

    You'll be a translator, an orchestrator, and a problem solver who knows how to turn questions into plans and plans into progress.

    Your week might include:

    • Kickoff calls with clients who don't speak marketing jargon, where you help them find their voice.
    • Creative reviews where copy feels off, and you help it land and resonate with our audience.
    • Data analysis, where you spot trends and opportunities before they become problems.
    • Writing timeline updates that keep everyone calm, clear, and moving forward.

    You're a good fit if:

    • You have experience leading digital campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, or Google Business.
    • You bring structure and organization to chaotic situations.
    • You can communicate effectively with clients, creatives, and media buyers without switching personas.
    • You ask insightful questions, follow through on commitments, and catch blind spots that others might miss.

    To succeed in this role, you'll need:

    • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a digital or client-facing role.
    • A working fluency in performance marketing and a passion for building long-term relationships.
    • Strong documentation, communication, and reporting skills.
    • An interest in continuous improvement and making things better, not just getting them done.
