Working as part of the IT Support Team, the post holder will be primarily responsible for logging calls onto the IT Service Desk system and providing basic first line support.


We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our Service Desk team, delivering 1stline IT support to the Trust's users.

We provide support for a wide range of clinical and non-clinical systems to our users across multiple sites. This role combines a need for technical expertise with excellent customer service skills.


Experience with Windows 10, as well as Microsoft Office, particularly Office 365 would be an advantage, as would knowledge of Active Directory, and remote support tools.

A technical background is advantageous but not essential. Work will be based around the main hospital campus in central Bristol. A working knowledge of working within an ITIL framework would be an advantage.
