WHAT TO EXPECT
As

District Sales Manager, you'll join our global team of ambitious and forward-thinking individuals and you'll report to the

Industrial Replacement

Regional Sales Manager.

  • Based
    remotely and working fulltime, you'll have the opportunity to travel extensively (60% of the time) to
    Northern UK and Norway mainly and making an impact every step of the way.
  • Your mission? To drive the sale and promotion for Gates Fluid Power products in the area.
  • With your expertise, you'll not only achieve district sales budgets and objectives but also forge strong customer relationships at Clevels while keeping a keen eye on market activities that shape our success. As a trusted decisionmaker, you'll have the autonomy to make impactful choices within established guidelines and budgets.

Key responsibilities (to name a few):

  • Develop and execute growth strategies for existing and prospective customers, addressing commercial and technical issues.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to expand our business in new markets.
  • Maintain accurate and timely updates in our CRM systems.
  • Prepare visit reports, call reports, monthly reports, and other administrative requirements.
  • Provide topquality customer service to all clients and prospects.

ABOUT YOU

  • We are looking for a
    Sales expert who worked within complex multinational environments, in the industry/manufacturing sector with ideally an understanding of Fluid Power products
  • As a seasoned professional, your strong communication and negotiation skills will serve as pillars of success in this role. Your ability to effectively convey complex ideas and influence outcomes will be highly valued as you navigate the challenges of the position.
  • Your selfdirected and selfmotivated nature will be crucial in driving initiatives forward and achieving exceptional results. With your wealth of experience, you possess the unique ability to make informed decisions with limited guidance, demonstrating your seasoned expertise and leadership.
