Our Quality team are looking for a vibrant, switched on and experienced Viewpoint for Projects Administrator to support the team based in Head Office, North London.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Working with the team to develop, implement, monitor and manage the company's electronic document management systems, 'View Point for projects' (VFP) and 'PLAN IT'.
- Interact with various levels of management and staff in introducing, embedding and maintaining VFP across all JRL Group sites.
- Be expert in the knowledge of View Point for Projects, including:
- Setting up New Projects
- Workflows
- Invitations/ managing users
- Security Groups/Permissions/Distribution Lists
- Be familiar with document naming conventions (ISO 19650 /BS1192)
- Troubleshooting
- Develop training modules for View Point for Projects and carry out training at sites and head office as required.
- Offer ongoing support to design teams, managers and site staff in the use of View Point for Projects.
- Identify process improvements that will lead to increased efficiency, cost savings or revenue enhancement opportunities or risk reduction.
- Support the business with continual improvement.
- Any other duties as required by the Group Quality Manager to support the development of the Quality Management System.
Requirements:
- Be able to work independently, with limited direction and guidance.
- Be analytical and inquisitive with a 'cando' attitude.
- Have excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Be highly organised with good attention to detail.
- Be confident in using a range of IT tools i.e. Microsoft PowerPoint, Word & Excel.
- Have on site experience or experience in the construction sector.
- Have experience in the Viewpoint for Projects management system.
- Have experience in using Microsoft Power BI.
