The experience we need.
It will be essential you have Marketing / Digital / Tech agency experience - within an operational role.

You will possess expert organisational skills, be highly process driven and have a track record in the streamlining of a business.

You will have an understandingof all aspects of agency life, how each team interacts and the various departments, from IT, HR, Recruitment, Commercial and Tech.

The role.

The Operations Manager will be reporting into the Directors you will manage an Operations Executive, while working closely with various agency teams.

The overall objective of this role is to help this agency run efficiently, by looking into; and changing variousagency processes.

We are potentially open to hiring a part time employee.
The company.
This agency has multiple sites, with an emphasis on Mar Tech work with IT and Technologies businesses. They grow year on year and expect to scale fast over the next - 3 years. They have a remote and flexible approach to work and an excellent staff retentionrate.
What you'll get in return.

The starting salary for this role will be £55,000 - £65,000 + benefits and career progression towards a director role.
