Description
Trust Reservations is seeking an Accounts Assistant to join our busy Windsor office.As part of our close-knit team, the successful applicant's main duties will include:
- Maintenance of sales and purchase ledgers
- Monthly payment run to suppliers
- Maintaining reports on incoming and outgoing payments
- Liaising with and invoicing clients to ensure all relevant information is shared and that prompt payment is received
- General accounts administration as required
Requirements:
- Knowledge of Sage essential
- Good working knowledge of Word and Excel required.
- Previous accounts experience essential, although training on our processes will be given.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Must be able to work well within a team and individually
