Description
Trust Reservations is seeking an Accounts Assistant to join our busy Windsor office.

As part of our close-knit team, the successful applicant's main duties will include:

  • Maintenance of sales and purchase ledgers
  • Monthly payment run to suppliers
  • Maintaining reports on incoming and outgoing payments
  • Liaising with and invoicing clients to ensure all relevant information is shared and that prompt payment is received
  • General accounts administration as required

Requirements:


  • Knowledge of Sage essential
  • Good working knowledge of Word and Excel required.
  • Previous accounts experience essential, although training on our processes will be given.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Must be able to work well within a team and individually
