Salary:
£50,000 - £70,000 per annum

As they continue to expand their portfolio, they are seeking a talented and experienced Site Manager to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daytoday operations on the construction site, including coordinating subcontractors, scheduling deliveries, and managing resources.
Ensure that all work is carried out in compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
Monitor progress against the project schedule and make adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines.
Conduct regular site inspections to identify any issues or concerns and take appropriate action to address them.
Liaise with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to provide regular updates on project progress and address any issues or concerns.
Manage and mentor site staff, providing guidance and support as needed to ensure their success.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Site Manager, preferably in luxury residential and commercial construction projects.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage a diverse team.
Excellent problemsolving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
Indepth knowledge of health and safety regulations and construction best practices.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
