An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Warstock Lane Community Mental Health Services Community services, where we are looking to recruit band 6 CPN or allied health professional.


We would welcome likeminded individuals to join and be part of an innovative multidisciplinary team where the team manager has been shortlisted for the "Committed" category for BSMHFT 2023 Trust Awards.

You will be joining us at an innovative time of the planning and implementation of our Community Transformation, where our Community Mental Health services are having additional resources added such as Band 4 Support Time Recovery Workers and Band 4 Health Education England Mental Health and Wellbeing Practitioner to support our patients.

They must be able to work independently and have the ability to prioritise and effectively manage their workload.

The role requires close working with other members of our team, outside teams/agencies, and with our service users and families.

The applicant will therefore need to be able to communicate effectively, and have skill with those who may be more difficult to engage.


The post holder will also be expected at times to cover other roles for periods of leave/absence, and will be expected to contribute to Trust/team initiatives as required.


The applicant must have a flexible and 'can do' approach, with the ability to work under pressure and adapt to changes, often at short notice.

A positive attitude is essential for effective team work and management of the challenges and complexities within our work.
