KiddyKare are seeking an experienced Deputy Manager to support the daily running of an established nursery in Aylesbury. This is a fulltime position in an award-winning nursery that is open 51 weeks of the year.

What we need from you:

  • Relevant Level 3 qualification or higher
  • Previous managerial experience
  • Solid understanding of the EYFS
  • Ability to work calm in all circumstances
  • Ability to comprehend, impart and adhere to a set of policies and procedures

Your duties as Deputy Manager:

  • To support the implementation of the EYFS, including overseeing planning and record keeping
  • To work closely with parents/carers to maintain good relationships
  • Support and maintain working relationships with relevant local authorities, regulatory bodies, and other agencies
  • Keep up to date with the current policies and procedures
  • Assist the manage with maintaining accurate accounts for the nursery
  • Assist with the preparation and delivery of regular staff, planning and parent meetings
