Description

Responsibilities:

  • Admin support for Health and Safety Manager
  • Provide general clerical support such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
  • General administrative duties within a busy office environment.
  • Inputting of reactive callout jobs/ quote requests.
  • Liaising with engineers/subcontractors / Onsite operatives
  • Communication with client and tenants with regards to attendances and updates etc.
  • Preparation of quotations and submission.
  • Maintaining accurate spreadsheets and invoicing

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in an office administration role or similar position
  • Proficient in using computerized systems for data entry and administrative tasks
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Familiarity with administrative procedures and basic bookkeeping principles
  • As an Office Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously will contribute to our overall efficiency. Please note that this is a full-time position with competitive compensation and benefits.


Salary:
£10.00-£11.00 per hour
