Responsibilities:
- Admin support for Health and Safety Manager
- Provide general clerical support such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
- General administrative duties within a busy office environment.
- Inputting of reactive callout jobs/ quote requests.
- Liaising with engineers/subcontractors / Onsite operatives
- Communication with client and tenants with regards to attendances and updates etc.
- Preparation of quotations and submission.
- Maintaining accurate spreadsheets and invoicing
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an office administration role or similar position
- Proficient in using computerized systems for data entry and administrative tasks
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Familiarity with administrative procedures and basic bookkeeping principles
- As an Office Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously will contribute to our overall efficiency. Salary:
£10.00-£11.00 per hour
