Role Description
This is a full-time Inside Sales Representative role located on-site in Coleshill.
The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for evaluating and preparing quotations and tenders, along with evaluation of sales orders and amendments to orders, managing customer expectations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering high-quality customer service on a daily basis.
Serving our UK & Ireland varied customer base, supported by the teams based in our plants overseas.
You will closely collaborate with outside sales to ensure goals are being met, occasional travel to visit customers will be expected.

- Internal Sales
- Account Management skills
- Excellent Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized and detailoriented
- Experience in the explosion protection/electrical industry is a plus but not essential
- Experience of SAP is a plus but not essential
