Advanced Clinical Practitioner up to 28.5 hours

We are looking for an Advanced Clinical Practitioner with a prescribing qualification with the experience to provide primary care for patients presenting with a range of minor illness conditions.

We are currently looking for an Advanced Clinical Practitioner with excellent leadership skills to work in our GP practice, The Whitehouse Centre.

We will consider all ACP professions for this position as long as applicants can demonstrate their experience and expertise. The role involves being the Clinical Lead for the practice to ensure standards and policies are adhered to.

We are a flexible workforce and there may be some requirement to work across the organisation in different services within Locala.
