Property Solicitor Position - Hertfordshire (St Albans)Join a Growing Legal Practice with Over 50 Years of HeritageAbout UsOur client, is a well-established legal practice in central St Albans with over five decades of service to Hertfordshire. They are experiencing a exciting growth while maintaining their commitment to excellence, demonstrated by our CQS and Lexcel accreditations.The RoleWe're seeking an experienced Residential and Commercial Property Solicitor to join our dynamic team. You'll handle diverse property matters including:

• Residential and commercial conveyancing
• Property sales and purchases
• Remortgaging
• Land, plot, and unit acquisition/disposal

Required Experience & Qualities

• 5+ years PQE (or equivalent qualification and experience)
• Proven ability to manage independent caseload
• Experience supervising paralegals/assistants
• Strong communication skills
• Familiarity with CQS, Lexcel, Lender Panels, and Land Registry procedures
