Job Overview:
P&L Joinery Ltd has an exciting opportunity for a Permanent Receptionist / Administrator to join there admin team in Talke Stoke on Trent
This role is to provide support to ensure the efficient operation of the administrative office, ensuring all duties are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner
these duties are:
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Assist with general administrative tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and organizing documents.
- Computer data entry/ data allocation; processing information in accordance with company procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person
- Provide general administrative support, including data entry, filing, and photocopying
