Our client, a well-established Independent Estate Agents are looking for an experienced Lettings Manager to join their growing team in the Gloucestershire area.

This is a great opportunity to take the next step and grow in your career.

Working Hours of a Lettings Manager:

Monday to Friday 8.45 am pm

In return, our clients are offering the successful Lettings Manager:

£28,000 basic

- £50,000 - £60,000 OTE (uncapped)

Car allowance
Medical Insurance
5day working week

Ideally, to be considered for the Lettings Manager position you must have the following:

Previous Lettings experience
Be motivated and driven
Able to manage workload
Highly organised
Full UK driver's license
Excellent communication, both written and verbal

Key tasks of a Lettings Manager will include, but will not be limited to:

Growing the Lettings business
Maintaining high service levels
Follow company growth plans
Completing 11 meetings with the Lettings team
Going out and winning business
Continued communication between Landlords and potential buyers
