Biocatalysts is a customised enzyme discovery, development and manufacturing company based in the UK.

It is an exciting time to join the company, as we are currently going through a significant and rapid expansion to our already profitable business.

Therefore, we are looking for friendly, competent, and dedicated people to join us during this exciting time.


Position:


We have an opportunity for a Supply Chain Administrator who will have an integral role supporting both the Customer Service and Supply Chain teams within Procurement.


You will process customers' sales orders and purchase orders using our Sage 200 system so being meticulous with high attention to detail is essential to becoming successful in this role.

You will prepare export documentation from point of order and liaise with our operations team and freight forwarders to ensure our enzymes arrive on time to our customers all around the world.


You must possess excellent administrative skills along with the ability to multi-task without getting flustered, plan and organise your work systematically and methodically.

Having a can-do attitude and using your own initiative is essential; you will demonstrate a natural ability to communicate and develop strong relationships with our global customers and suppliers in a helpful and enthusiastic way.


Requirements:


GCSEs including English and Maths above Grade C or equivalent along with experience in logistics is essential and having either a Supply Chain, Customer Service or Business Administration qualification would be advantageous.
