The Faculty of Health, Medicine and Society are seeking to appoint a highly motivated individual who will lead a collaborative project to support practice learning.

We are looking to employ a Practice Education Facilitator to work with our Cheshire and Merseyside practice partners as part of an Integrated Care System project.

This project is to support the development of new opportunities for students in social care within Cheshire and Merseyside. This is a collaborative project with University of Chester, University of Liverpool, Liverpool John Moores and Edge Hill University.

We are looking for individuals who are dynamic, committed and passionate about interprofessional practice learning.

The successful applicants will have knowledge and experience of the professional requirements of health and social care education programmes and hold a current health or social care registration.

The post will involve travel across Cheshire and Merseyside practice network.

We have a comprehensive induction programme for new starters and a mentorship package to support you through your role.
