Description

Reliable owner drivers required for courier work due to company expansion. Work is on a self employed basis, working as part of a friendly and supportive team. Realistic earnings £ a day, paid weekly. Full time positions Monday to Friday available with the potential for overtime.

You will be required to own a large, long wheel base van, insured for work purposes


Responsibilities:

• Safely and efficiently operate a delivery van to transport packages to designated locations
• Load and unload packages from the van, ensuring proper handling and securing of items
• Follow delivery schedules and routes provided by the dispatcher
• Communicate effectively with customers, providing excellent customer service during deliveries
• Complete necessary paperwork accurately and timely
• Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving

Experience:

• Previous experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role is preferred
• Familiarity with warehouse operations and procedures is a plus
• Valid driver's license is required
• Ability to drive a commercial vehicle safely and responsibly
• Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members
• Ability to lift heavy packages, as needed

As a Courier Driver, you will play a crucial role in ensuring timely and accurate deliveries. You will be responsible for safely transporting packages to their destinations while providing exceptional customer service.
