Description

• Pick, pack and dispatch orders to the highest level of accuracy
• Replenishment of stock to maximize product availability
• Correct storage of stock in allocated locations
• Ensure utmost accuracy of customer orders
• Undertake stocktakes when appropriate
• Housekeeping ensuring a clean and safe work environment
• Work closely with Customer Service and Procurement to ensure all orders are fulfilled in line with SLA with clients
• Compliance with Good Distribution Practice
• Deal with customer distribution queries
• Comply with Health & Safety Standard.
• Assist the Client Operations Manager to constantly review, monitor and provide improvements to all processes and systems

• Experience working in a warehouse environment
• Requires clear diction and a good telephone manner and a commitment to excellent customer service
• Strong Organizational Skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy of work

• Ability to work on own initiative
• Communicates in a professional manner and effectively manages customer liaison
• Works well within a team, flexible and willing to share the workload both ways
• Demonstrates ambition and initiative in their work
• Open to change in a fast moving industry and to new learning
