Clinical Team Manager
We have an exciting career development opportunity for an aspiring Clinical Team Manager at a state of the art Neurological Care Centre.
Location:
Aberdeen
Salary:
£24.61 p/h
Contract:
Full time, permanent. 37.5 hours per week

About the role:
As an experienced practitioner, you will be responsible for creating an environment of continuous quality improvement, developing clinical practice and ensuring that delivery of care is regularly reviewed embedding the CQC standards.
You will be responsible for the overall running of the teams, managing referral pathways and ensuring the provision of service is efficient and responsive within contracted timeframes.
About you:
As Clinical Team Manager you will the following skills and experience:
*Registered Nurse
*Relevant degree in Healthcare or equivalent knowledge
*Management qualification or equivalent experience
*Evidence of continued professional development
*Proven experience of leading clinical teams and successful change management
*Evidence of collaborative working in a multi-professional environment
*Substantial and up to date clinical experience
*Experience of managing resources according to need
*An ability to challenge the traditional boundaries using an evidence base
*Experience of managing a process of change and supporting people through that change
*An awareness of the needs of service users from minority groups
*Effective communication of complex information in a variety of settings
*Excellent interpersonal and team building skills
*Excellent communication, planning and organisation skills
*Management experience at NHS band 7 or equivalent
*Working knowledge of Care Inspectorate standards relevant to care setting
