circa £25,000 per annum plus bonus

Contract:
Full time

Working hours:
Monday to Friday, 07:30 to 16: hours per week)
We are seeking an Assistant/Technical Brewer to come and join our client's friendly and dynamic team
Our client's Assistant Brewer will be working in all aspects of Beer production and packaging.

You will be reporting to the Head Brewer, and delivering beer will also fall within your remit, so a valid UK driving license is required.

This is an exciting anddynamic Brewery who has recently put a large amount of investment into installing top of the range kit.

They nurture their staff's career progression, value a friendly and energetic work environment and are excited to get a new Assistant Brewer to join theirgrowing business.

Have a great sense of customer service and organisation
Experience in brewing is desired
Good Technical/Lab background and can introduce new quality systems/improvements to the business
IBD/other relevant Brewing degree desired
Experience with SALSA audits desired but not essential
Valid UK Driving licence
A basic knowledge of computer literacy is required
Competent with a high level of manual handling
Ability to commute/relocate: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
