Full time front of house supervisor required for two AA rosette and Good Food Guide restaurant.

Full time (40) hours over four or five day working week. Closed Mondays and Tuesdays. Overtime paid for additional days/hours.

Must have experience in the hospitality industry. Training and progression offered and growth within the business available.

Individual must have a good basic knowledge of fresh food ingredients, wine and spirits.

• Ensure customer satisfaction through promoting excellent service
• Respond to customer issues tactfully and professionally
• Maintain quality control for all food served
• Assist management with front of house orders
• All drinks and dry stores
• Cellar management
• Ensuring all health and safety procedures are being met at all times including opening/closing checklists
• Train new employees and provide ongoing training for all staff. Observing performance and encouraging improvement
• Supervising the floor during food service times
• Communicating effectively with guests, responding with appropriate actions
• Ensuring food quality and service standards are met at all times, and taking action where necessary
• Effectively documenting reservations and dealing with larger group bookings/pre orders etc in line with the business procedures
• Organising and assisting with future events for the business. Suggestions for events
• Gathering feedback from guests concerning service, food and beverage offering
• Positively promoting the business at all time
